An Ante-Nuptial Contract (ANC) provides a formal record of the rights, duties, and proprietary and legal consequences of a marriage and is only valid if registered in the Deeds Office before the marriage. It outlines how a couple's assets and liabilities will be divided in the event of divorce or death. The purpose of an ANC is to assist in preventing conflicts and ambiguity regarding the division of the spouses assets and liabilities in the case of death or divorce.

Mediation is a form of an alternative dispute resolution (ADR). It is a voluntary process in which both parties endeavour (in good faith) to resolve their dispute without resorting to litigation. Throughout this process, the parties retain full control over both the proceedings and the final resolution, which involves a neutral third party, who facilitates communication between disputing parties to assist them in reaching a mutually acceptable agreement.

Pro-bono refers to the provision of legal services at no cost to individuals who are disadvantaged or vulnerable. Our firm offers pro-bono legal advice to those in need, contingent upon our capacity and expertise to assist. To qualify for pro-bono legal assistance, applicants must complete a means test (application for pro bono legal assistance). Only those who meet the eligibility criteria are considered for pro-bono assistance.
